How long is the contract?

The standard contract term is three years. After the first three years, you have the option to move to a yearly support contract, or you can extend the full subscription agreement for an additional 3 years.

Can I pay by check or can you invoice me?

At this time credit card billing is the only option that we offer.  Invoicing requires an exisisting master agreement  on file.

When does billing start?

You will have a one-time upfront payment equal to one month's billing at the time of subscription order. Your monthly billing begins ones the Passport EDGE is installed and commissioned at your location.

What happens with my contracts with other POS system?

Please contact the bearer of your contract to discuss terms.

What happens if I sell my business during my contract?

Your Passport EDGE point-of-sale subscription is eligible for transfer if you sell your business. Please contact your Gilbarco HelpDesk at least 30-days prior to transfer date.
